I have joined Intelligent Automation Solutions Team in the Stanley Black & Decker in July 2021. My main responsibilites are planning, developing and maintaining the automations in Automation Anywhere. I have already delivered 10 working automations that help Business with day to day data processing and reporting. These included data processing in SAP, data retrieval from SAP or Power BI, data upload to S3 Bucket. I have taken a part in the migration process from AA V11 to A360.

Since September 2019 I was responsible for maintaining performance for 4 people in the Command Center team with delivering correct and up to date data and reports from 5 delivery centers (Poland, India, China, Brazil and Guatemala) from AP, AR, GL and MDM scopes. I was also responsible for RPAs implementation (UiPath with accordance and usage of VBA, VBS, MS Access and HTML/CSS/JS) dashboards and charts creation, Sharepoints design, projects coordination. These go in pair with team meetings, calls with customers and teams from all delivery centers, looking for improvements, encouraging employees to share ideas and kaizens etc. Since February 2020 I was managing additional Command Center team of 2 employees, reporting scopes: HRO, AP, AR, GL.
Team management (10+ employees). Since late 2015 I have been liable for the team's high level of performance and employee's career development, task scheduling, individual performance reviews, coaching. I have been also responsible for monthly/daily/ad hoc reports to Managers. These are: monthly SLA targets, KPI&Issue log analysis, calls/meetings summary, various projects status update, other activities or presentations, etc. Other responsibilities- looking for improvements, time-saving, time wastes elimination, establishing good relationships with customers.
At the begining of 2015 I have received a promotion to Senior Specialist. The key responsibilities included all task performed earlier and additional ones connected with team coordination like LEAN management implementation, process monitoring. I was also responsible for maintaining and monitoring documents and files like project timeliness, user guides, issue logs, etc.
After a year I was requested to take care of task transition from India to Poland, which resulted further in a promotion to FS Specialist. From that point I was responsible for managing a small group of employees (5+), their trainings, shifting and task schedules. One of my main duties during the transition was to implement changes and new rules with a high standard and develop ideas for quality improvements.
I was responsible for obtaining financial information from U.S. capital markets by contacting with data providers, data collecting via the internet and finally- data processing - I2P. These also included monitoring incoming emails and incidents, self check and KPI check.
I enjoy most of my time being outdoors with my family. In the autumn-winter, I train different combat spots- boxing, BJJ and MMA. During the warmer months, I enjoy the fresh weather outside in my garden, where I build and create small things for my children and organize the whole place.
In my free time when evenings comes, I enjoy reading a books or trying to learn new things and explore some of skills to play with. I like watching films and series, my favorite ones are dramas with martial arts and fantasy genre movies. I have also started playing accordion (musical instrument, not the collapsible content of web development )
